Goode's Custom Garage is a family-owned and operated paint protection business serving Louisville and surrounding Kentucky communities since 1993. We provide ceramic coating, paint protection film, and paint correction services by appointment only.

Our Offers And Pricing

We're proud to offer professional paint protection services, including ceramic coating, paint protection film, and paint correction. Ceramic coating services may include paint, wheel, and glass coatings, depending on the selected package.

Pricing depends on the vehicle, selected service, vehicle condition, materials, and scope of work. While we aim for accuracy, service details, pricing, and availability may change, so please confirm the applicable information before authorizing work.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to the cancellation or no-show terms disclosed at the time of booking.

All services are by appointment only and may be scheduled through our Urable online scheduling platform or by calling (502) 386-1925.

Refund Policy

If you have any issues with a completed service, please contact us directly so we can review the situation and determine a suitable solution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may recommend an inspection, adjustment, corrective work, rework, warranty assistance, or another appropriate remedy. Refund requests are evaluated based on the service performed, applicable warranty terms, vehicle condition, and circumstances of the concern.

Deposits

Some of our services may require a deposit to secure your booking. This may apply particularly to extensive services, such as certain full paint protection film installations.

Any required deposit and applicable terms will be communicated before the service is scheduled. Deposits may be affected by applicable cancellation, late cancellation, or no-show policies.

Product Warranties

We use manufacturer-backed products for applicable protective services, including SB3 Ceramic Coatings and professional-grade paint protection films. Selected products may include manufacturer-backed warranty coverage subject to the applicable product, installation requirements, maintenance requirements, and manufacturer warranty terms.

Service results may vary depending on vehicle condition, paint condition, previous repairs, defect depth, clear coat condition, environmental exposure, and maintenance. No specific result or level of protection is guaranteed unless expressly agreed upon before service.

Remedies

If you're dissatisfied with your service or believe there is an issue with the workmanship or product, please contact Goode's Custom Garage so we can review the situation.

Depending on the circumstances, we may recommend an inspection, adjustment, corrective work, rework, product warranty assistance, or another suitable solution. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
